My sisters are very special to me
therefore I decided to try something a little different for their page. A
special thanks to a wonderful web site,
Point of
Focus, who made it possible for me to do something a little special for some very
special girls in my life.

We'll start with Lisa,
the oldest of this bunch. Lisa is ten years younger than me. Normally you
would think that we wouldn't have a very close relationship, but that is not the
case. I used to take her to playground all the time and we were known as the
"red hat gang". She went through this phase where you had to wear these
goofy looking red hats when you were playing with her. My mom and I didn't get along
at this point in our lives. You know how teenagers can be. Well if you don't
know what I mean, call my mom. She knows. Lisa was about three when I moved
out. Leaving her was one of the hardest things I ever did in my life. There
was about 4 years that Lisa and I did not see each other. A few short phone calls is
the only contact we had. Things have changed drastically since
then. Lisa and I have been close again for years now. When she graduated from
high school in 1999, I got her a job where Rod and I work. I'll never figure out why
she wanted the job considering everything I'd told her about the place, but she took it
and now we both rant and rave about the place. So now we work together, party
together, shop together, and still spend hours on the phone. Sharing a locker with
her is an experience, but even when I'm complaining about it, I'm never serious. Now
she wants to train and become an operator for the machines I run. I know she can do
it because she can do anything. This is the girl that was president of the student
union, editor of the year book, had a part time job, and graduated second in her class.
And it was a close second, wasn't it Chad. I'm very proud of her and
I'll be lost without her when she goes off to university. When she went on a trip to
Paris for two weeks, I was lost. She only called me twice. That was a big
phone bill. It's a good thing she lives close by and we don't have to pay long
distance charges like that all the time.

Now let's move on to Krystal. Krystal was just a baby when I
moved out, so she really had no idea who I was when she started coming to spend the
weekend with me, but we got past that just fine. Now she's sixteen. Where does
the time go? On Lisa's grad day, I walked into the house and didn't even recognize
Krystal. She more than grew up when I wasn't looking. When I realized who she
was, I promptly asked her dad if he was going to let her go out in a dress like that.
She looked really good in that dress. Just ask her friend Caleb. He
said about ten times and then I threatened him. Well I wasn't serious. Well I
was, but never mind, he behaved. Krystal is the sister that looks like me.
When people find out we're sisters, they don't look at us like we're trying to pull a fast
one on them. They do raise their eyebrows a little bit about the age
difference, but we're used to that, aren't we girls. When Lisa and Heather and I are
out somewhere, people always assume Heather and Lisa are sisters. Krystal and I
don't have this problem. But our similarities don't end there. Notice the
cowboy hat? She's just as nuts about horses as I am. We both love my car.
I trained her well didn't I. And yes I do sometimes listen to the Backstreet
Boys, but NOT as much as she does.
I don't see as much of Krystal as I would like to since her mom(our mom) and dad(my
step-father) separated. She lives with her dad and even though it's not far away
from here, we just never seem to find the right time to get together. I did finally
meet her new boyfriend, Steve, but I had to promise not to embarrass her. I almost
managed to keep that promise. I did bring out a few pictures. Oh come on, let
me have some fun. I miss you Krick.

Jenny is the baby of the family. Not much of a baby anymore
though. I think she's already taller than me and she's only 12. She's a little
sweetheart. And look at her. You know she's going to be a knockout when she
gets older. Jenny loves animals, so she loves coming to my house. I have three
cats and three dogs for her to play with while she's here. And she loves my mustang
too. The only problem is if it were up to her, we'd only play Backstreet Boys in the
stereo. I can handle them for a while but not quite as long as she can. Don't
worry Jen. Spring is almost here and you and Philip will be one of the first ones I
take for a ride when the mustang comes out. I might even let you pick some of the
music we listen to. I'd do anything for you. I think I proved that when I
drove 4 hours to get your kitten and then kept it for two weeks until Christmas.
Rascal is a perfect name. That little rascal destroyed my Christmas tree daily.

Love ya girls.
P.S. Please don't hurt me for putting this picture on here. It's one
of my favorites of all of you. :)
